Highgrove Medical is a 3-story, 35,704 square-foot lab & doctor’s office constructed of structural steel and framed with metal studs in the San Joaquin Hospital complex.

The new Houchin Community Blood Bank facility comprises 43,891 SF buildings and 5-acre site improvements. The building is constructed with structural steel framing, steel joist with metal deck, metal stud walls, reinforced concrete footing and slab with integral vapor lock mix for moisture intrusion prevention, TPO roofing system with partly metal roof; EIFS, brick, metal siding (ACM & Reinzink) exterior wall finishes and high storefronts. Interior finishes include wood veneer, floating & t-bar ceilings; 3-form solitudes and decorative panels; drywall and storefront partitions; Steelcase system glass doors and folding doors; ceramic tile, carpet, and sheet vinyl flooring. The building also includes three freezers/Coolers, a 600KW backup generator, an Energy Recovery Ventilator HVAC design, a fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. Site improvements include a bus barn, landscaping courtyards, fountains, retaining & planter walls, site benches, and charging stations.

The Millennium Surgery Center project is a new, ground-up, 13,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center adjacent to Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. The I-2.1 Occupancy center features four operating rooms: a laser eye room, a 10-bed post-op, and a 7-bed pre-op. The 5,200-square-foot business side of the facility will house enough staff to facilitate the center.

The Delano Regional Medical Center Outpatient Building was designed and constructed with a small footprint. The 12,000-square-foot building is three stories and can remove and replace all equipment through removable exterior wall panels. The exterior of the building consists of EIFS with a medium finish, stone veneer, and a glass curtain wall at the entrance.
