Project Manager, Commercial & Multi-Family

Run commercial and multi-family projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with owners, architects and our superintendents.
What you will do
- Own budget, schedule and procurement from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead the owner, architect and contractor team through design, permitting and construction.
- Manage subcontractor buyout, submittals, RFIs and change management.
- Work alongside the superintendent to keep the field supplied and on schedule.
What we need from you
- Five or more years managing commercial or multi-family construction.
- Experience with wood-framed, concrete tilt-up or pre-engineered steel delivery.
- Working knowledge of California permitting and inspection processes.
