A 43,891 SF headquarters and processing facility on a five-acre site: structural steel framing, zinc and brick facades, three freezer-coolers, a 600KW backup generator and an energy-recovery HVAC design.
The build
Structural steel framing with steel joists and metal deck, metal stud walls, and reinforced concrete with an integral vapor-lock mix for moisture intrusion prevention. Exterior finishes mix EIFS, brick and metal siding in ACM and Rheinzink with tall storefronts; inside, wood veneer and floating ceilings, decorative 3form panels, Steelcase glass door systems and folding partitions. Site improvements include a bus barn, courtyards, fountains, retaining and planter walls, and charging stations.
