The fifth building Wallace & Smith raised for NuSil Technology: roughly 31,000 SF of H-2 high-hazard space for manufacturing silicone rubbers for medical and aerospace applications.
The build
The project also carries a three-station truck dock, an eight-tank storage farm, and a liquid silicone rubber process frame estimated at 250,000 pounds of structural steel.
