BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — It’s being called Kern County’s largest apartment community.
Construction began Thursday on Park Center at Seven Oaks. Park Center is a new apartment complex, located off the corner of White Lane and Allen Road, and will feature 520 luxury units.
Those units will be available in loft, one and two-bedroom layouts. The developers of the massive complex say it will be the most exclusive community in Bakersfield’s history.
“We’ll have broadband fiber optic internet for people that want to work remotely or wherever they are on the campus, we’ll have a full suite of amenities from co-working to gyms, yoga studio, resort style pool,” said Andrew Fuller, President of Fuller Apartment Homes. “This will be the finest that Bakersfield has to date.”
Construction is expected to take about two years, with pre-leasing to open by June of 2026.
Park Center is the fifth Bakersfield project by Fuller Apartment Homes and Presidio Capital Partners, and their third collaboration with Bolthouse Properties.
