The New Tractor Supply Store is a 21,771-square-foot Building with a 1,250-square-foot Storage Building.  The building is a metal stud framed exterior, covered by plywood with 3-coat plaster and a wood panelized roof system with TPO Roof.   Most of the sales floor is filled with Tractor Supply-furnished shelving and racking systems.  On 2.3 acres, the project was completed in just 4.5 months, from the beginning of rough grading to the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.

Panera Bread on California Avenue is a 4,228-square-foot wood-framed retail building with a drive-thru. Interior finishes include ceramic tile and a carpeted dining area with T-bar ceilings. Exterior finishes include plaster with ceramic tile accents, a glass storefront, and interlocking pavers in the outdoor covered patio seating area.

The New Sully’s Chevron Station is a 6,076-square-foot building with a 1,124-square-foot outdoor dining patio. This project is a Full-Service Convenience Store, Gas Station, and Quick-Serve Restaurant. The wood-framed structure has a three-coat plaster system, an aluminum storefront, and a built-up roof. The interior building and patio slab are stained and sealed to accentuate the vibrant colors of the interior painting and graphics.

Dewar’s new facility is a 6,365 square foot wood framed building with a 50’s soda fountain and ice cream parlor theme to continue their 100-year-old family tradition of family fun in the Bakersfield area.  Amenities include an arcade, a party room, and an outdoor patio.

Grand Island Retail Center consists of three shell retail buildings totaling 18,100 square feet, developed by Bolthouse Properties. The center’s theme includes intricate stone columns, large rough-sawn trellis, and terracotta roof tiles to create a Tuscan villa experience. The shell buildings now include retail establishments such as Dewar’s soda fountain and fine candies, Valley Republic Bank, and Grand Island Dental.

Kern Schools Federal Credit Union, located in the Artisan Square Center, is a 4,728-square-foot building with a drive-thru and 670-square-foot overhang. The exterior of the building is a three coat plaster system with a fine sand finish, Spanish-style clay roof tiles, and stained and shaped corbels to give the building an old-world feel with modern amenities.
