The build
Wood framing mixed with structural steel and metal-stud secondary framing, finished in a high-end EIFS system accented by slate tile, Dryvit and aluminum storefront. Inside: porcelain tile, modular carpet, solid-surface countertops, glass wall systems and architectural ceilings, tied to the exterior with a single planned color scheme.
