Gazelle Transportation’s new facility consists of two buildings on a 3.25-acre site. The first is a wood-framed 9,860-square-foot office building with a plastered exterior. The other is an 8,495-square-foot pre-engineered steel building with a two-story, 3,888-square-foot wood-framed shop office at one end to manage the 6,521-square-foot warehouse and mechanic shop.
