A mix of three-story 24 & 36 plex apartment buildings and 2 story townhome style apartment buildings provide a total of 420 dwelling units. There are a total of 3 clubhouse buildings that provide work space for leasing staff, as well as resident amenities such as reservable work spaces, community kitchens, a golf simulator room, dog spas, bike repair stations, coffee bars, an indoor gym & outdoor fitness spaces. Outdoor amenities include pools, spas, dog parks, a pickleball court, bbq areas, playground structures and recreational lawns. Shaded parking is provided by carport structures covering 487 spaces.
