The Residences at West Columbus consist of 11 buildings on a 3.47-acre site for the Housing Authority of the County of Kern. The 56 units in the project average 1,000 square feet each and have full kitchens and bathrooms. Green building materials, including paint, roofing materials, landscaping irrigation controls, and flooring adhesives, were used throughout the project. The community building includes laundry facilities, a conference room, a manager’s office, and a great room with acid-stained concrete flooring.

Gosford Park Apartments has 24 buildings on a 12.16 acre site in South West Bakersfield.  The 208-unit complex comprises 24 buildings, including a community building and garages.

Bravo Village Apartments is a 60-unit apartment complex with five buildings on a 2.86-acre site built to Cal Green standards. The units average 855 square feet, including covered parking, access to the attached clubhouse, and a community garden area.

Ivanhoe Apartments is a 76-unit complex with six buildings on a 4.57-acre site.  Each unit averages 860 square feet and includes covered parking and access to the detached clubhouse.

The Residences of Old Town Kern is a new multifamily project in Bakersfield’s historic Old Town Kern area. The project consists of renovating the Cornet building, a historical landmark on Baker Street, and the new construction of 5 new three-story apartment buildings. There will be 50 new residential apartments, a community area, and secure parking. The newly renovated Cornet Building will feature a new elevator, card access controlled entry doors, laundry facility, and future build-out space for retail. The projected completion is December 2014.
