The Residences at West Columbus consist of 11 buildings on a 3.47-acre site for the Housing Authority of the County of Kern. The 56 units in the project average 1,000 square feet each and have full kitchens and bathrooms. Green building materials, including paint, roofing materials, landscaping irrigation controls, and flooring adhesives, were used throughout the project.

The community building includes laundry facilities, a conference room, a manager’s office, and a great room with acid-stained concrete flooring.
