Built for Maryland Paper Company (Mathew Chakola), which manufactures industrial paper for 15- and 30-pound asphalt roofing paper. The site includes a 5,682-square-foot office, a 48,700-square-foot warehouse, and a 40,329-square-foot papermill. The last 117 L.F. of the production building is built out of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
