JS Ag Packaging is a 75,656 square-foot concrete tilt-up comprising a 70,560 square-foot warehouse and a 5,096 square-foot office.  The warehouse has 11 total roll-up doors, 9 of which are elevated dock doors.  Design Build methods were used for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical scopes of work.
