The Silvercreek Chevron project is a 6000 square-foot Convenience Store and Fuel Station with a 900 square-foot walk-in cooler and a 16-pump fuel island. The building is wood framed with a three-coat plaster system and a dry stack stone veneer on the exterior. The interior has a stained and polished concrete floor, a T-bar acoustical ceiling, hanging “clouds,” a raised check-out area, and gyp-board painted walls.
